LuxModerna Studios – Standard Digital Asset License

This license governs your use of the digital files included in this product.
By downloading or using these files, you agree to the terms below.

1. WHAT YOU MAY DO
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included
digital assets in:

• Personal projects
• Commercial projects
• Client work
• Unlimited end-products
• Unlimited print and digital applications

Examples of permitted use:
✓ Logos, branding, posters, merchandise
✓ Website graphics, advertising, social media
✓ Print-on-demand artwork (where the asset is part of a larger design)

2. WHAT YOU MAY *NOT* DO
You may NOT:

✗ Sell, share, or distribute the PNG files as standalone assets
✗ Give away the assets in any form
✗ Package them into a competing asset set
✗ Use them to create a derivative asset pack intended for resale
✗ Upload them to any platform as editable templates where the files can be extracted
✗ Claim the original artwork as your own creation

This protects both the value of your purchase and the integrity of the LuxModerna brand.

3. RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
• You own the right to USE the assets in your projects.
• LuxModerna Studios retains full copyright and ownership of the source files.
• This license does not transfer copyright, trademark, or resale rights.

5. TERMINATION

If you violate the terms of this license, your rights to use these assets are
terminated immediately. Continued use after termination is prohibited.
